are the cheapest, since we apply only 2.5% commission, while
the real estate agents apply 5%.
When
we sell a property coming from a real estate agent, we get
1% commission for our services and the remaining 1.5% is
for the estate agent.

we sell a property coming from an individual, we get 2.5%
commission.

a property.
We
provide other after-purchase services such as building,
renovation and garden design, as well as maintenance and
letting management for owners who are not going to be in
